Documents Required For Admission
Documents Enclose with Registration Form :-
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the local Municipal corporation where the child was born which is duly attested by a gazetted officer.
2. Caste Certificate ( From Tahsil Office)
3. Photo Copy of Adhar Card (Compulsory)
4. Photocopy of SSSM ID. (Compulsory)
5. 3 No Passport size Photographs.
6. Address proof of the parent. (Electricity bill/Passport/driving license/Adhar card)
7. It is compulsory to bring the orignal cirtifcate for verification
8. The child should complete 3 years by 1st April 2024 to be eligible to apply for class Nursery.
9. Both parents should be present along with the child at the time of submission of documents
10. The name of the selected students will be published on the school notice board.
